Thank you for considering a donation to help homeless dogs of southeast Michigan get the veterinary care, food, and supplies they deserve as companion animals. Waggin’ Tails Dog Rescue has been putting the wag back into the tails of homeless dogs since 2007, just like we have for Cobi here:
Cobi was rescued after a concerned citizen convinced the “owner” who just didn’t care about Cobi, to relinquish him to the River Rouge Animal Shelter. That is where our foster, Jeff, found and befriended Cobi. Sadly, Cobi spent the majority of his life outdoors all alone but amazingly, in just a few short months, Cobi has learned the ropes of living with a family indoors and to enjoy the creature comforts with humans who care. Cobi has made an amazing transformation in foster care, like so many of the dogs we take in and help on their journey to a new life.

Your donation will help us provide vaccinations, spay-neuter surgeries, treatment for medical conditions like heartworm, ear infections, pneumonia, tumor removal, etc. for dogs in our care. Additionally, we provide our foster homes with all of the supplies needed to provide a healing environment for a dog in need by way of high quality food, leashes, collars, harnesses, training tools, toys and bedding. We also provide support to pet parents in need of assistance with their own pets with food, leashes, collars and veterinary care.
Waggin' Tails Dog Rescue is an all-volunteer, foster-based 501c3 organization supported fully by donations and fundraising efforts so you can be sure your donations will be focused solely on providing care for the dogs.
